Akshay started with no mentor and no shortcut: just curiosity, public forums and a habit of shipping, breaking and fixing real systems. Over 18 years that became more than 200 software systems for SMEs across technology, education, healthcare and travel.
Today he leads Adaptive Intelligence, where the work is simple to describe: find where AI genuinely helps a business, teach the people who will use it, and build what is needed to make it stick. He has trained more than 10,000 people in offline workshops, delivered applied AI training to Class 2 and Class 3 government officials, and taught multi-week AI application programmes for international cohorts.
He is the author of Talking to AI (second edition), a practical guide to working with ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and of the upcoming Beyond Bias: The Four-Way Test for Ethical AI, written for Indian readers who use AI without always knowing it.
